This event is for UGA faculty, instructors, and graduate teaching assistants who teach evidence synthesis.

The Faculty Interest Group on Evidence Synthesis in the Classroom welcomes Dr. Terri Pigott, Professor at Georgia State University and nationally recognized expert in meta-analysis and evidence synthesis, for a lunchtime talk on teaching scoping and systematic reviews. Dr. Pigott is a 2023 Fellow of the American Educational Research Association, past President of the Society for Research Synthesis Methodology, and co-editor-in-chief of the journal Research Synthesis Methods.

Soft drinks and light refreshments (finger foods, such as sliders and pinwheels) will be served. You are welcome to bring your own lunch.
