Although the UGA Libraries' staff cannot perform genealogical research for patrons, many independent genealogical researchers are available for hire.

The following researchers have indicated a willingness to do research for a fee. Appearing on this listing does not constitute an endorsement by the University of Georgia Libraries for these individuals or their services. All negotiations must be made directly with these researchers.

The Georgia Genealogical Society also keeps a list of independent researchers for hire, all of whom are members of the Society.
