Since 2007, the UGA Libraries has sponsored the Undergraduate Research Award (LURA), which provides cash prizes for excellence in research. This year’s award is co-sponsored by the Office of Research, and together we want to celebrate all the different kinds of research in which UGA students participate–and, more importantly, understand what they learned from the process. The award asks students to reflect on their research process using any medium of their choice, demonstrating creativity and clarity of expression. Award recipients will be recognized at the CURO Symposium in April. Join this session of Research Live for an information session about LURA and its evaluation criteria.
